Mensendike

Mensendike is in Warren and is our USDA property.  There are 8 2-bedroom units, 4 upper and 4 lower.  There is no elevator, just stairs, to the upper level.  There is a coin laundry room on each floor.  Only 6 of the 8 units are subsidized.  There is a dumpster.  All units have a stove, refrigerator, and heat pump for heating and cooling.  They have full bathrooms.  Tenants have to pay electric.
